Dr. Tomlinson is available for consulting projects related to his areas of expertise. This would include things like:

• Conflict management: Employee surveys, focus groups, interpersonal conflict training, trust-building/trust-repair workshops, mediation.

• Compensation analysis and program development/administration: Job analyses, job descriptions, development of compensation philosophy/objectives, evaluation of compensation system.

• Groups and social processes: Workshops on promoting ethical behavior and deterring deviant behavior.
