Management Professor / Consultant / Speaker

 

Ed Tomlinson is a Professor of Management in the Muma College of Business at University of South Florida and teaches courses in human resource management and organizational behavior. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics and business from Virginia Military Institute, an MBA degree from University of Lynchburg, and masters and PhD degrees from The Ohio State University. With expertise in Conflict Management, Compensation, and Groups/Social Processes, he has published his research in top-tier peer-reviewed academic journals. He lives in Florida with his wife Beth (also a management professor at USF) and three sons.
